Megachem Limited has announced the appointment of Ms Peck Jen Jen as the new Joint Company Secretary, effective from 15 August 2024, replacing the resigning Ms Hon Wei Ling. The company’s board expressed gratitude to Ms Hon for her contributions during her tenure. Following this change, Ms Kwok Hwee Peng and Ms Peck Jen Jen will serve as the Joint Company Secretaries.
