On August 30, 2024, Mr. Xiangchen (Steven) Gao and the Company mutually agreed to end his role as Chief Operating Officer, effective September 30, 2024. Mr. Gao’s departure was due to personal reasons, with no disputes over company operations, policies, or accounting practices cited. The details of the termination are fully outlined in the Termination Agreement document provided by the Company.
