MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies (MRM) has released an update.
MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. has reported an increase in total customers served to 82,656 in June 2024, up from the previous year, with sales per customer also rising to JPY 7,061. Despite a slight drop in the customer repeat ratio to 75.6%, the company’s salon operation business shows a growing operation ratio of 47.4%. Additionally, MEDIROM’s Health Tech business is expanding, with contracts with 83 corporate insurance associations and over 7,000 users for its Lav® app.
