Nirup Krishnamurthy has resigned from his roles as a board member and CEO of the company for personal reasons, effective February 20, 2024. His departure follows the terms of a separation agreement that includes an eight-month severance and COBRA premium coverage, with no further equity claims. Forrest Hoffmaster, previously the CFO with extensive executive experience, has been appointed as the interim CEO, with a salary increase and potential bonus as per a new employment agreement. The company is actively seeking a permanent CEO and a new director to fill the vacated positions.
