Mediazest Stake Increased by Oberon Investments

Mediazest (GB:MDZ) has released an update.

Mediazest PLC has announced that Oberon Investments Limited has increased its stake in the company, crossing the threshold on July 17, 2024, to hold 15.125% of the voting rights, which equates to 256,586,110 shares. This change represents a rise from the previous notification where Oberon Investments held 14.47% of the voting rights. The notification was completed and submitted in London on the same date.
