Media Chinese International Ltd has announced the voluntary winding-up of its dormant subsidiary, Life Publishers Berhad, in line with Section 439(1)(b) of the Malaysia Companies Act, 2016. The liquidation, which has appointed Mr. Sathiea Seelean as the Liquidator, is not expected to materially affect the group’s consolidated earnings or net assets for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. The company confirms that no directors, major shareholders, or connected persons have any interest in this winding-up.
