Medi Lifestyle Announces Board Restructuring

Medi Lifestyle Limited (SG:Z4D) has released an update.

Medi Lifestyle Limited has announced significant changes to its board and committee structures, notably appointing Ms Wang XiaoLan and Ms Ng Lee Eng to key leadership roles, with both considered independent under the Catalist Rules of the Singapore Exchange. Ms Wang will chair the Remuneration and Nominating Committees and join the Audit and Risk Committees, while Ms Ng will serve as the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director and chair the Audit and Risk Committees.
