Medallion Metals Director Increases Shareholding

Medallion Metals Ltd (AU:MM8) has released an update.

Medallion Metals Limited’s director Anthony James has altered his interest in the company by acquiring an additional 100,003 MM8 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares for $5,000.05 through a Tranche 2 Placement, as referenced in the ASX release from 12 August 2024. Following the transaction, the director and his spouse now hold a total of 407,696 shares, along with 750,000 unlisted options. No securities were disposed of in the process.
