Mears Group PLC has informed that their Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Smith, has recently increased his stake in the company by purchasing an additional 20,000 shares at an average price of 350.50 pence each. This acquisition has raised his total shareholding to 290,000 Ordinary Shares, which now amounts to about 0.30% of Mears’ total voting rights. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and reflects a vote of confidence in the firm’s financial health.
