MDU Resources Group, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from nine to eleven members, welcoming Michael S. Della Rocca and Marian M. Durkin as new directors effective August 15, 2024. Both appointees, who will serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, have been determined to be independent and will join various committees within the board. They will be compensated in line with the standard for non-employee directors and will receive indemnification agreements as per Delaware law. The company publicly announced these appointments through a press release.
