MDU Resources Group, Inc. plans to spin off its construction services business, Everus Construction, Inc., into a new entity called Everus Construction Group, Inc. by late 2024. This strategic move is pending final approval from the company’s Board of Directors. Furthermore, several directors are expected to transition to the board of the newly formed Everus Construction Group, Inc. upon the completion of the spinoff, highlighting a significant reshuffle in company leadership aimed at streamlining operations.
