MDJM Updates Fernie Castle Garden Project Agreement

MDJM (MDJH) has released an update.

MDJM LTD, a NASDAQ-listed company, has revised its cooperation agreement for the construction of the Fernie Castle Chinese Garden in the UK. The agreement, involving its subsidiary MD LOCAL GLOBAL LIMITED and the Suzhou Xiangshan Workshop, covers procurement and construction, with plans to fund the project through private share issuance. The project, expected to last 18-24 months, will adhere to UK and Scottish legal requirements, with further negotiations pending local authority approvals.
