MDA Space Appoints New Board Chair

Mda Ltd. (TSE:MDA) has released an update.

MDA Space has successfully conducted its Annual and Special Meeting with a significant shareholder turnout, with over 75 million shares represented. At the meeting, Brendan Paddick was appointed as the new Chair of the Board, succeeding John Risley who remains a director. Additionally, all eight director nominees proposed were elected with majority shareholder approval, with voting percentages ranging from 86.92% to 99.99% in favor.
