M&C Saatchi PLC has announced the upcoming addition of Georgina Harvey to its board as a Non-Executive Director starting from October 2024, with Louise Jackson set to depart following the next Annual General Meeting. Harvey brings a wealth of experience from her non-executive roles across several UK listed companies and is poised to chair the Company’s Remuneration Committee starting January 2025. The company’s Non-Executive Chair expressed enthusiasm for Harvey’s arrival and gratitude towards Jackson for her contributions since March 2020.
