M&C Saatchi plc (GB:SAA) has released an update.
M&C Saatchi PLC disclosed that its Executive Director and CFO, Simon Fuller, was granted 201,409 ordinary shares under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, which are set to vest in July 2027, based on performance and continued employment. These shares are subject to a two-year holding period after vesting, and no payment was made for the grant of these awards. The transaction took place off-market on 1 July 2024.
