Mayne Pharma Director Adjusts Stake

Mayne Pharma Group (AU:MYX) has released an update.

Shawn Patrick O’Brien, a director at Mayne Pharma Group Limited, has made changes to his holdings by exercising 23,816 RSU Performance Rights, resulting in the acquisition of the same number of ordinary shares at nil consideration. Following this transaction, O’Brien holds 630,841 Performance Rights, no RSU Performance Rights, and an increased total of 60,857 Ordinary Shares, both directly and indirectly through Solium Nominees (Australia) Pty Ltd as custodian for the company’s Performance Rights and Option Plan.
