Maximus Resources Limited has launched a $3.2 million non-renounceable Entitlement Offer, targeting their eligible shareholders to fund accelerated exploration and development of their gold and lithium projects. Shareholders can subscribe to the offer at a ratio of one new share for every three held, priced at 3 cents each, with the offer closing on May 22, 2024. The raised funds will also support the company’s working capital and offer-related expenses.
