Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN) has released an update.
Maxeon Solar Technologies has announced an accelerated delivery schedule for its Performance 6 Series solar modules to Speedway Solar, a subsidiary of D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments, with the completion expected by June 28, 2024. In a recent amendment to their Module Supply Agreement, Maxeon has also agreed to provide discounts on the modules and transportation costs, while securing a first position interest on its Mexicali manufacturing facility’s inventory for Speedway.
