Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC has expanded its equity base by issuing 428,367 new Ordinary Shares at 38.54p each, in alignment with their Dividend Investment Scheme’s net asset value. The company’s total issued share capital now stands at 160,679,275 shares, each with voting rights. The newly issued shares are expected to start trading on the London Stock Exchange around July 25, 2024.
