Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC successfully closed its latest equity offering, raising a total of £6.8 million across the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 tax years. The company issued 1,745,660 new Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 39.45p to 40.48p per share, resulting in a new total of 164,062,518 shares with corresponding voting rights. These shares are slated for admission to the London Stock Exchange’s main market around 3 May 2024.
