Maven Income and Growth VCT (GB:MIG1) has released an update.
Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC has updated their previous announcement, correcting references from ‘interim dividend’ to ‘final dividend’, and confirmed the payment of a final dividend of 1.15p per share with an effective NAV per share post-dividend of 38.54p. Shareholders participating in the Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS) will have their dividends reinvested in new ordinary shares, with the subscription price set at the latest NAV per share.
