Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC has reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of 62.19p as of June 30, 2024, with an interim dividend of 2.00p per share scheduled for payment on October 18, 2024. Shareholders participating in the Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS) will receive new ordinary shares instead of the cash dividend, calculated at an adjusted NAV of 60.19p post-dividend. The specific number of shares to be allotted will be announced separately.
