Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 (GB:MIG3) has released an update.
Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has successfully issued 928,621 new Ordinary Shares following its latest offer to raise up to £7.5 million, resulting in a total fund raise of £5,294,983 for the tax years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. The shares, issued at prices between 50.61p and 51.94p, will be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around May 3, 2024. Following the issue, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 122,479,923.
