Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has announced an unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) of 51.44p per Ordinary Share as of 31 May 2024, after a final dividend payment of 2.15p per share for the previous year. The company maintains its aim to offer an annual dividend equivalent to 5% of the NAV per share and has declared an interim dividend of 1.00p per Ordinary Share to be paid in September 2024. Investors have the option to reinvest their dividends into new shares via the Dividend Investment Scheme, with the next election due by 23 August 2024.
