Mattioli Woods PLC has announced that its shareholders have approved a scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of the company by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of Pollen Street Capital Limited. The approval, obtained during the Court and General Meetings with a significant majority, marks a key step towards the completion of the acquisition process. This transaction will result in Mattioli Woods becoming a privately held company, subject to court sanction and other closing conditions.
