Mattioli Woods PLC has announced the advancement of its acquisition by Tiger Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of Pollen Street Capital Limited, with the receipt of regulatory approval from the FCA. Shareholders have previously approved the deal, which is now expected to be finalized in August, pending further conditions including court sanction. The leadership of both companies express optimism for accelerated growth and enhanced service delivery following the completion of the transaction.
