Mattioli Woods PLC has announced a significant change in their shareholding structure, with UBS Group AG – Investment Bank & Global Wealth Management now holding 5.328576% of the voting rights as of July 26, 2024. The notification, which includes both direct and indirect holdings, marks a new threshold being crossed and has been formally disclosed to the issuer and the FCA on July 30, 2024.
