Mattioli Woods PLC, a specialist wealth and asset management firm, has announced the allocation of new Ordinary Shares to its key managerial personnel as part of an annual share incentive plan. On 9 May 2024, the company issued 21,782 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 790p each. Additionally, CEO Ian Mattioli transferred 100,000 shares to his charitable trust without affecting his overall shareholding in the company.
