Matador Mining Limited, soon to be AuMega Metals, has announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders voted on key issues, including the adoption of a remuneration report and the re-election of a director, as well as various approvals related to the company’s Employee Securities Incentive Plan and the issuance of options. The results, conducted by poll, indicated strong support across all resolutions, with substantial majorities in favor.
