MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. is undergoing a significant leadership shift as CEO and Chairman Frederick Brightbill announces his retirement. Brad Nelson will take over as CEO on March 18, 2024, and later join the Board, which will expand to nine members. Rock Lambert is set to become the new Chairman on July 1, 2024. Brightbill will stay on as an employee until his retirement and then serve as a consultant for a year to facilitate a smooth transition. Nelson brings a wealth of experience from his time at Oshkosh Corporation and Eaton Corporation, equipped with an MBA from BYU and a BS in Business Administration.
