MasterBrand, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Catherine Courage to its Board of Directors, where she will also serve on the Audit and Nominating, Environmental, Social, and Governance Committees. Her election is effective immediately, and she will stand for re-election at the 2025 annual meeting. Additionally, the Company’s shareholders approved all proposals during the Annual Meeting, including the election of three director nominees, executive compensation, and the ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor for 2024.
