Mastech Digital, Inc. is set to expand its Board of Directors to nine members, introducing Srinivas Kandula, Arun Nayar, and Bonnie K. Smith as independent directors with terms lasting until the 2025 and 2026 Annual Meetings of Shareholders. These new members bring a wealth of experience from prestigious roles in various corporations and will serve across the company’s key committees. Meanwhile, Board members John Ausura and Brenda Galilee have announced their resignations effective the end of 2024, which are not due to any disagreements, and they will receive additional compensation and accelerated stock vesting.
