Mason Graphite (TSE:LLG) has released an update.
Mason Resources Inc. has announced a strategic $1 million investment in NorthX Nickel Corp., acquiring a 14.6% stake with potential to increase to 25.5% upon exercising additional warrants. This investment aligns with Mason’s commitment to Quebec’s battery material sector and capitalizes on the high-grade Grasset Project, which is considered one of North America’s most promising nickel assets. Mason aims to bolster its position in the market, with rights to appoint board nominees and maintain a significant shareholding in NorthX.
