Marwyn Value Investors Limited has declared an interim dividend of 2.265p per Ordinary Share, set to be paid on 31 May 2024 to shareholders of record as of 10 May 2024. The dividend will be distributed either through CREST, BACS for depository interest holders, or directly to those holding certificated shares. The Company emphasizes that its shares are not aimed at retail investors and cautions against offering them as such.
