Marvel Biosciences Corp. is excited to announce an upcoming private placement aiming to raise $1 million by offering 10 million units at $0.10 each, which include a share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised will be allocated to further pre-clinical trials on treatments for chronic Alzheimer’s and Autism, as well as general corporate purposes. This investment opportunity is available to accredited investors and is subject to a four-month hold period in Canada.
