Marty Huber has become a substantial holder in James Bay Minerals Limited, acquiring a total of 3,070,000 ordinary shares, which grants him a 5.06% voting power in the company. The shares were obtained partly through an Acquisition Agreement with the company and its subsidiary, and as part consideration for the acquisition of the La Grande East Project. Huber’s transactions leading to this position occurred between June 2022 and April 2024.
