Arnon Dinur has stepped down from Marqeta, Inc.’s Board of Directors, with no disagreements cited regarding the company’s operations. His ten-year tenure was acknowledged with gratitude. Concurrently, R. Mark Graf has been appointed as a Class I Board member, bringing no prior relationships or undisclosed transactions with the company. Graf will be compensated as per Marqeta’s policy for non-employee directors and will receive standard indemnification.
