Marksmen Energy Inc. has canceled its earlier announced private placement aiming to raise $250,000 and is now launching a new initiative to raise up to $300,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 20 million units at $0.015 each. The funds are intended for optimizing wells in Ohio, exploring drilling opportunities in Alberta, and other corporate expenses, with the first closing of the offering anticipated around May 10, 2024.
