Marks & Spencer Executives Invest in Shares

Marks and Spencer (GB:MKS) has released an update.

Marks and Spencer Group PLC has disclosed recent share acquisitions by key management personnel under its Share Incentive Plan. Directors S Berendji and A Freudmann each acquired 46 shares at a price of £3.265, as part of their ongoing investment in the company. These transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange and are part of the company’s efforts to align the interests of management with those of the shareholders.
