MariaDB Appoints Chris Creger as Chief Restructuring Officer

The latest announcement is out from MariaDB (MRDB).

MariaDB plc has appointed Chris Creger as its Chief Restructuring Officer, engaging him through FTI Consulting to review the company’s cash flows, explore liquidity options, and evaluate profitability plans. Creger, a Senior Managing Director at FTI with a rich background in restructuring, will be advising MariaDB at a rate of $1,095 per hour, with the possibility of terminating the agreement with a thirty-day notice. This strategic move aims to strengthen MariaDB’s financial position without any direct compensation from the company to Creger.
