Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
The Board of Marathon Petroleum Corporation expanded to thirteen members, with the appointment of Ms. Eileen P. Drake and Ms. Kimberly N. Ellison-Taylor as directors effective March 1, 2024. Ms. Drake will join the Compensation and Organization Development Committee and the Sustainability and Public Policy Committee, while Ms. Ellison-Taylor will join the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Both will be compensated as per the company’s standard for non-employee directors.
