Marathon Petroleum Expands Board and Increases Compensation

The latest update is out from Marathon Petroleum ( (MPC) ).

Marathon Petroleum Corporation has expanded its Board to fifteen members, appointing Jeffrey C. Campbell as a new director effective November 11, 2024. He will serve on the Audit and Compensation and Organization Development Committees. Non-employee directors’ annual equity retainer has been increased to $185,000, enhancing their compensation.
