Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd. has announced the issuance of 762,450 new units at S$2.1353 each to pay for the base management fee of certain properties, including data centers in the USA and Japan, for Q2 2024. This move increases the Manager’s holdings to over 28 million units and the total units of MIT to approximately 2.84 billion.
