Nick Giovanni has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of his company, effective immediately after the Q1 report filing, but will aid the transition until July 1, 2024. The company has appointed Emily Reuter, a seasoned finance professional with a strong background from Uber Technologies and Color Health, as the new CFO. Reuter, a Yale and Stanford graduate, will receive a $500,000 annual salary and stock awards, with provisions for accelerated vesting under certain conditions. Her appointment involves no undisclosed arrangements and she has no family ties within the company.
