Victoria Dolan has been appointed as a Class I director and member of the Audit Committee at Maplebear Inc., with her term concluding at the 2024 Annual Meeting, where she will seek re-election. Concurrently, directors Jeffrey Jordan and Barry McCarthy have chosen to retire after their terms end at the upcoming annual meeting. Dolan’s election is based on merit, with no reported conflicts or special agreements influencing her appointment. She will receive compensation in line with the company’s policy for non-employee directors, which includes cash retainers and stock awards. Dolan’s role as chairperson of the Audit Committee will commence following McCarthy’s retirement.
