Mapfre Announces Director Resignation and Appointment

Mapfre, SA (ES:MAP) has released an update.

Mapfre, S.A. has announced the resignation of Mr. Antonio Miguel-Romero de Olano from his various roles including on the Board of Directors, effective July 3, 2024. They also announced the appointment of Mr. José Luis Perelli Alonso as an independent director and member of the Audit and Compliance Committee, starting July 4, 2024.
