Many Peaks Minerals Limited has successfully acquired 100% ownership of CDI Holdings (Guernsey) Ltd, securing an 85% interest in four mineral permits in Cote d’Ivoire with significant prior exploration. The strategic acquisition, which cost over US$4 million in exploration expenditures, positions the company to immediately begin diamond drill tests and further exploration activities aimed at extending gold mineralization. Shareholders are poised for potential growth as Many Peaks embarks on an aggressive exploration schedule for the remainder of the year.
