Manulife Financial (TSE:MFC) has released an update.
Manulife Financial Corporation has announced the pricing of S$500 million in 4.275% subordinated notes, maturing in 2034 and qualifying as Tier 2 capital. The notes, with interest rates fixed until 2029 and then pegged to the SORA OIS rate, will be listed on the Singapore Exchange. The offering, managed by DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank, is set to close on June 19, 2024.
