Manuka Resources Ltd has announced a new securities issuance, comprising options expiring in May 2026 with an exercise price of $0.06 and an equal number of ordinary fully paid shares. The maximum number of securities proposed to be issued is 41,666,667 for each category, with the proposed issue date set for 28th June 2024.
