Manuka Resources Limited has announced the appointment of RSM Australia Partners as its new auditor effective from 1 July 2024, with approval from the Australian Securities & Investment Commission and following a formal resignation from Ernst & Young. The change comes after the Board’s review of audit arrangements and a tender process highlighting RSM’s mining sector expertise. Shareholders will vote on the auditor change at Manuka’s 2024 Annual General Meeting.
